Dr. Ron Cohen

Founder & CEO of BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC

An accomplished business leader, with over thirty years-experience as an entrepreneur, practice owner and educator in the healthcare space. Before founding the Company, Dr. Cohen lead and continues to lead VS Diagnostics, a successful non-invasive hardware and software diagnostic Company also in the healthcare space. Dr. Cohen is leveraging his current position with VS Diagnostics by selecting the top threshold of clients to offer participation with the BRE Program. Following a successful integration of this strategy, Dr. Cohen will appoint someone else already groomed and identified within VS Diagnostics to take over his current position so that he may focus 100% on growth for BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC.

 

Dr. Cohen is based in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and has been a pillar of the community for over 30 years.

Dr. Roxanna Namavar

Medical Director of BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC

Dr. Namavar is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and a fellow in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Her NY office for Integrative Medicine Practice uses a dynamic and complex approach combining allopathic methods with a deeper understanding of physical, emotional and psychological wellness. Primary responsibilities at the Company include assistance with an optimal protocol design for educating participant offices in the time-tested patient philosophy of integrating medicine with activity & society-based programs.

Shamim Ahmed, Esq.

Compliance Director of BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC

Mr. Ahmed is a New York based attorney active in private equity, healthcare and real estate sectors. He was previously head of compliance for a private equity fund and co-founded First Look Strategies with his family to actively invest particularly in the North East United States. He is an active Member of the University Club as well as a Sailor affiliated with Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club.

Marlin Stutzman

Advisory Board to BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC

The Honorable Marlin Stutzman retired from Congress in 2017 having served since 2010. During his time on Capitol Hill, he was very involved in healthcare, particularly as it related to Veterans. Mr. Stutzman through his consulting firm will help advocate the benefits of the BRE Program in Washington and beyond.

Adam Turinas

Advisory Board to BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC

Mr. Turinas has been at the forefront of innovative digital technology throughout his career. His particular skillsets span across healthcare, marketing, and banking. He was the founder and CEO of a  mobile  technology Company, Uniphy Health that has changed the way healthcare professionals communicate in a better coordinated and HIPAA compliant manner.  He has taken the Company from a back of napkin idea to a multi-million-dollar, profitable Company and an emerging leader in healthcare communications. Prior to Uniphy, Mr. Turinas lead a group of more than 200 delivering award winning digital marketing to the retail, entertainment, travel and banking sectors, including Bank of America.  Prior to this, Mr. Turinas lead the team that developed Dell's first million/day website putting Michael Dell on the cover of the Wall St Journal.

Opeyemi Bakare

Advisory Board to BRE Program Administrative Services, LLC

Mr. Bakare is VP and Chief Enterprise Architect for Hudson's Bay Company since July 2019.  Prior to joining Hudson's Bay, Mr. Barkare was a Senior Director for Information Technology at CVS where he was particularly keen in working with the Minute Clinics in expanding services as well as information sharing.  His prior experience before CVS included significant healthcare technology development as well as other technologically advanced platforms.
